L’OR MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TOTE BAG GWP PROMOTION

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall apply to the “L’OR MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TOTE BAG GWP PROMOTION” redemption organized by JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS RTL SCC SG PTE LTD (the “Company”), (the “Promotion”).

1. All participants (“Participants”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age are eligible to take part in the Promotion.

2. The Company may, upon request, require all Participants to present valid identification for verification of the Participants’ identity.

3. The Company may exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without providing prior notice and/or reasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.

4. The Promotion shall commence on 18 AUGUST 2025 and end on 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) and applies to purchases of L’OR coffee products listed at Clause 5 below (“Participating Products”) from selected Outlets listed at Clause 6 below (“Participating Outlets”).

5. The Participating Products for the FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, and Sheng Siong Participating Outlets are as follows: -

7. Participating Outlets are as follows, with the respective Promotion Windows set out as follows: 
       a.    Lazada and Shopee Participating Outlets - Promotion Window: 1 SEPTEMBER 2025 till 31st SEPTEMBER 2025
       b.    RedMart Participating Outlet Promotion Window: 20th AUGUST 2025 till 9th SEPTEMBER 2025
       c.    Participating Outlets for FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Giant and Cold Storage – Promotion Window: 18 AUGUST 2025 and end on 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 as set out below:

8. To participate in the Promotion and be eligible to redeem a L’OR MULTI-FUNCTIONAL TOTE BAG (“Gift”), Participants will be required to purchase a minimum of S$25 worth of any of the Participating Products in a single receipt from the Participating Outlets (“Purchase”) during the respective Promotion Windows, during the Promotion Period. Participants will need to present their valid receipt (dated within the respective Promotion Window) to redeem the Gift from the following redemption locations respectively, as the case may be (“Redemption Location”):  

              a.    From the L’OR promoter at the sampling booths during the instore sampling days at selected stores as reflected in the Table at Para 7 above;
              b.    At the cashier counter or customer service at participating stores as reflected in the Table at Para 7 above; or
              c.    During the online check-out at RedMart, Lazada, Shopee and FairPrice Online. The Gift will be shipped to the Participant with the Participant’s order. 

9. Participants will need to present a valid receipt (dated within the respective Promotion Window) to redeem the Gift at the relevant Participating Outlet’s Redemption Locations, on the spot, on the date of purchase  

10. Gifts are whilst stocks last only.

11. The Company reserves the right to amend, in its sole and absolute discretion, the mechanics and/or details of the Promotion, without providing prior notice to Participants.

12. The Promotion shall feature the following Gift:

13. The Participants agree that all Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, may not be exchanged for cash and are always subject to availability. The Participants agree that the Gifts shall not be resold or used for any commercial purposes.

14. The specific terms and conditions of each of the Gifts shall apply where applicable, and the Participants agree that any Gifts which are not used before its expiry date (where applicable) shall not be replaced by the Company.

15. By participating in the Promotion: -

              a.    the Participant is taken to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any other instructions, specific terms and conditions that the Company may issue from time to time;

              b.    the Participant hereby grants his/her consent for the Company to collect, use and disclose the Participant’s personal data acquired, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.jacobsdouweegberts.com):-

1. 1. 1. administering this Promotion, including to contact you on the collection of the Gifts;
      2. verifying your identity;
      3. compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
      4. transmitting to any third parties including our third-party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes;
      5. providing marketing material to you; and
      6. any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

16. Further, by participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees: -
    1. that the Company reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Promotion, and publish the Participant’s images and details for any purpose related to the Promotion without having to provide compensation to the Participant;
    2. that the Company shall have the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion, and to amend these Terms at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice;
    3. that the Company’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, and the Company will not entertain any correspondence or appeals on the same;
    4. that Participants who have been found to have engaged in misconduct, including cheating, fraud and/or manipulation shall be disqualified from the Promotion and will not be eligible to redeem any Gifts;
    5. to indemnify the Company against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees), which the Company may incur in connection with a breach of these Terms by the Participant; and
    6. that the Company shall not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages arising from or in connection the Promotion, including without limitation, any error in the computation of chances, breakdown or malfunction of related equipment, or any error in the outcome of Draw (if any).

17. This Promotion adheres to the terms and conditions set out in the Facebook promotion guidelines which can be found at: http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php. Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Company, not to Facebook. The Participant releases Facebook and its associated companies from all liabilities arising in respect of the Promotion. Participants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

18. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and the contents of any promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail. In the event of inconsistencies between the English version and any other versions of the Terms, the English version shall prevail.

19. The Participant agrees that these Terms shall be governed by Singapore law and that the Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
