L’OR & GODIVA GWP PROMOTION

FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) shall apply to the “L’OR & GODIVA GWP PROMOTION” redemption organized by JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS RTL SCC SG PTE LTD (the “Company”), (the “Promotion”).

 

  1. All participants (“Participants”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age are eligible to take part in the Promotion.

 

  1. The Company may, upon request, require all Participants to present valid identification for verification of the Participants’ identity.

 

  1. The Company may exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without providing prior notice and/or reasons, in its sole and absolute discretion.
  2. The Promotion shall commence on 1 OCTOBER 2025 and end on 31 DECEMBER 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) and applies to purchases of L’OR coffee products (“Participating Products”) from selected Outlets (“Participating Outlets”).

  1. The Participating Outlets are as follows:
    • FairPrice Physical Outlets

  1. To participate in the Promotion and be eligible to redeem a GODIVA CHOCOLATE GIFTBOX (“Gift”), Participants will be required to purchase a minimum of $25 worth of any of the Participating Products in a single receipt from the Participating Outlets (“Purchase”) during the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Participants will be required to scan the QR code printed on the in-store Point of Sale materials that are displayed instore to submit a valid receipt reflecting the Purchase by 31 December 2025, 2359hrs. Participants will then be directed to a landing page and will be required to provide their full name, email address, telephone number, receipt number, and submit a photo of the Proof of Purchase dated within the Promotion Period as well, for verification purposes. Participants will thereafter automatically receive an E-voucher if they are eligible to receive one.

 

  1. Participants can pick up the physical Gift using the valid E-voucher from one of the following GODIVA physical stores by 1 October 2025 till 31 January 2026:

 

  1. All Gifts are whilst stocks last only.

 

  1. The Company reserves the right to amend, in its sole and absolute discretion, the mechanics and/or details of the Promotion, without providing prior notice to Participants.

 

  1. The Promotion shall feature the following Gift:

  1. The Participants agree that all Gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, may not be exchanged for cash and are always subject to availability. The Participants agree that the Gifts shall not be resold or used for any commercial purposes.

 

  1. The specific terms and conditions of each of the Gifts shall apply where applicable, and the Participants agree that any Gifts which are not used before its expiry date (where applicable) shall not be replaced by the Company.

 

  1. By participating in the Promotion: -
    • the Participant is taken to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and any other instructions, specific terms and conditions that the Company may issue from time to time;
    • the Participant hereby grants his/her consent for the Company to collect, use and disclose the Participant’s personal data acquired, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and the Company’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.jacobsdouweegberts.com):-
      • administering this Promotion, including to contact you on the collection of the Gifts;
      • verifying your identity;
      • compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority;
      • transmitting to any third parties including our third-party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes;
      • providing marketing material to you; and
      • any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.

  1. Further, by participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees: -
    • that the Company reserves the right to video, photograph and/or record the Promotion, and publish the Participant’s images and details for any purpose related to the Promotion without having to provide compensation to the Participant;
    • that the Company shall have the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel the Promotion, and to amend these Terms at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice;
    • that the Company’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final, and the Company will not entertain any correspondence or appeals on the same;
    • that Participants who have been found to have engaged in misconduct, including cheating, fraud and/or manipulation shall be disqualified from the Promotion and will not be eligible to redeem any Gifts;
    • to indemnify the Company against any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees), which the Company may incur in connection with a breach of these Terms by the Participant; and
    • that the Company shall not be liable for any injuries, losses or damages arising from or in connection the Promotion, including without limitation, any error in the computation of chances, breakdown or malfunction of related equipment, or any error in the outcome of Draw (if any).

 

  1. In the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and the contents of any promotional material relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail. In the event of inconsistencies between the English version and any other versions of the Terms, the English version shall prevail.

 

  1. The Participant agrees that these Terms shall be governed by Singapore law and that the Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
