
L’OR SEA-SALT ICED LATTE & ESPRESSO

A refreshing summer indulgence where smooth coffee meets a hint of sea salt. This iced latte is layered with creamy sea salt foam for a perfectly balanced sip that’s bold, refreshing, and irresistibly smooth.
Ingredients
FOR THE COFFEE BASE LATTE

For Latte: 1 sachet of L’OR Essenso Less Sugar with 100ml water

For Espresso:2 L’OR Coconut Espresso shot

1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt

Optional:1 teaspoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
FOR THE SEA SALT FOAM

For Latte: ½ teaspoon sugar, 30ml whipping cream and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

For Espresso: 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50ml whipping cream and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Optional:1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of coarse sea salt for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill your glass with ice cubes if preparing the iced version.
Pour the chilled coffee over the ice slowly to preserve the layered effect we’re creating.
Spoon the sea salt foam generously over the coffee surface. The foam should float on top while creating distinct layers that showcase the drink’s visual appeal. Add a pinch of coarse sea salt as garnish for extra flavor depth.
Serve immediately while the foam maintains its structure.
Stir the foam into the coffee while you drink to experience the evolving flavor profile from first sip to last.
